About These Terms
These terms and conditions apply to attendance at, participation in, and use of the website for Juneteenth Barcelona 2026 ("the Event"), organised by Asociación Cultural Spanish Harlem BCN and Kevin Hawkins BV (together "the Organisers"). By purchasing a ticket, registering interest, or attending the Event, you agree to these terms.
The Event
Juneteenth Barcelona 2026 takes place on Saturday, 20 June 2026 at Roots Gastro Club, Carrer de Badajoz 115, 08018 Barcelona. The programme, lineup, and schedule are subject to change. The Organisers reserve the right to make changes to the programme without prior notice and without liability.
Tickets
Tickets are sold subject to availability. All purchases are final — tickets are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by the Organisers. Tickets may not be resold at a price above face value. The Organisers reserve the right to deny entry to anyone presenting an invalid or duplicated ticket.
Ticket fulfilment and payments are handled by third-party platforms. The Organisers are not responsible for technical issues arising from those platforms.
Entry and Conduct
Attendance is subject to our Code of Conduct. The Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the Event for violating these terms or the Code of Conduct, without refund.
Attendees must comply with all venue rules and any instructions given by staff or security personnel. The venue operates a zero-tolerance policy on violence, harassment, and illegal substances.
Age
The Event is open to all ages during daytime hours. Late entry (from 21:00) is restricted to persons aged 18 and over. Valid photographic ID may be required at entry.
Photography and Recording
By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed or filmed for documentary, promotional, and archival purposes. Images and footage may be used by the Organisers on the website, social media, and future marketing materials. If you do not wish to appear in published media, please notify event staff on the day.
Liability
The Organisers take all reasonable steps to ensure a safe and enjoyable event. However, attendance is at your own risk. The Organisers are not liable for loss, injury, or damage to personal property arising from attendance at the Event, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
Event Cancellation or Postponement
In the unlikely event of cancellation, the Organisers will provide ticket refunds and notify attendees as soon as reasonably practicable. The Organisers are not liable for any additional costs incurred by attendees (travel, accommodation, etc.) in the event of cancellation or postponement.
Sponsorship
Sponsorship agreements are governed by separate written contracts. Payments made via the Revolut checkout links on this site are binding and non-refundable once the sponsorship package has been activated. If you have questions about a sponsorship before committing, please use the enquire option to contact us first.
Website Use
This website is provided for informational purposes. You may not use it in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or disruptive. All content is the intellectual property of the Organisers or their contributors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
