Shipping, returns & support

Shipping & fulfillment
  • Items are printed on demand and shipped by our partner Printful. Production is typically 2–7 business days, plus delivery time.
  • EU delivery is usually 3–8 business days after fulfillment; other regions may take longer.
  • Shipping is calculated at checkout; you'll get an email confirmation and tracking where available.
Returns & exchanges
  • As each item is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for wrong size or change of mind — please check the size chart first.
  • We'll replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted — submit a claim within 30 days of delivery with photos.
  • For packages lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Refunds
  • Approved refunds (damaged / defective / wrong / lost) go to your original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
  • No refunds for buyer's remorse or an incorrect size on made-to-order items.
